Additionally, you consent to electronically receive: (i) communications relating to your form request to P50 Digital, LLC; (ii) communications from the service providers, including T-Mobile®, or any alternative Service Provider if T-Mobile services are not available in your area; (iii) requests for additional information; and (iv) notices of actions taken required by law and notices of your rights under applicable laws.
